The Bachelor of Business Administration degree, commonly known as the BBA degree, provides a wide-ranging knowledge of the relationships among different components within business organisations and their connection to the marketplace. In contrast to other business degrees, the BBA degree also allows students to focus on a specific subject area.
With this major, the BBA in Finance degree at UIW provides students with an introduction to the field of fund management, encompassing business, personal, and public finance. This program equips students with specialised knowledge in essential financial principles, including risk and return, time value of money, capital budgeting, asset valuation, and personal financial planning. By selecting the finance concentration within the BBA major, students are prepared to excel in management roles, not only within the banking and financial service industry but also in business firms and government organisations, enabling them to contribute effectively to their communities.
The All American Undergraduate Program develops a solid foundation for overseas studies by accustoming students to the university’s academic standards. Students can complete up to 1 year or 30 credits of their undergraduate degree. With our student-friendly curriculum and award-winning 1-1 tutor program, students will be well on their way to their dream destination. The credits for the program are offered by Tiffin University.
After the completion of the Smart Program, students progress to the University of the Incarnate Word to study the remaining core and elective courses on campus and complete their degrees. Once on campus, students will be eligible for CPT and OPT during and after completing their studies. Further information on the On-Campus program structure, courses and CPT and OPT opportunities is available with our Admissions Team.
